Six years across partnerships, delivery, and data tooling — nearly three in a Saigon creative studio, now at Amazon Ads driving advertiser growth across Southeast Asia. I tend to be the person who asks why the number moved before anyone argues about what to do next.

Global Partner Manager, Amazon—Delivered five consecutive quarters of KPI overperformance through partner-led growth and operational improvements. Co-built and scaled four Data & AI solutions across countries and cross-functional teams, one adopted into a globally used dashboard. Scope expanded from Vietnam to Southeast Asia, Jan 2026.

Strategic Partnership Manager, The Lab—Led an F&B business launch in under four months. Built and analysed CRM data to guide 2024 strategy, and ran communication workshops to improve cross-functional alignment. Clients: Apple, MUJI, Vero, Lang Spa, Mâm Mâm.

Senior Strategic Partnership, The Lab—Drove 40% of annual company revenue. Launched a 1,000sqm bakery by coordinating 10+ teams, and built Notion-based dashboards to streamline project oversight. Employee of the Month, Nov 2023. Clients: Yingtao (NYC Michelin), Biti’s, Sunlife, Mami Cocktail.

Account & Strategic Partnership Executive, The Lab—Hit 180% of Q4 revenue KPIs. Onboarded a US client into ongoing partnerships, and developed in-house cash flow and CRM tools that scaled internal operations. Clients: US CDC — HAIVN, OP3N, Kei Concepts.

Senior Account Executive, PMAX Vietnam—Spearheaded campaign launches with custom work plans, built internal productivity tools, and ranked among the top 3 accounts in Q2 2021 for performance. On Scan & Pay: main account PIC, project team lead, and script writer for the competition entry — SMARTIES Vietnam 2021 Gold & Bronze winner.

Account Executive, PMAX Vietnam—Co-managed digital ad campaigns for FE CREDIT, VPBank and VAS Education. Built real-time dashboards in Google Data Studio, and helped develop standout content for the PMAX Tet 2021 campaign.
